Julia Siteine is the owner and face behind The Makeup Studio, located in Tauranga, NZ. Julia first pursued her love of makeup while living in Perth in 2012, studying Makeup Artistry at The Australian College of Beauty Therapy. During her time in Australia, she worked as a freelance makeup artist along with working in the Education and Sport & Recreation Industries.

After returning to New Zealand in 2018 with her young family, Julia decided to turn her dream into a reality by starting her own business The Makeup Studio which launched in February 2021. Since then she has created makeup looks for clients attending Special Occasions such as School Balls, Engagement Parties, Weddings, Birthdays and more. She has also been involved in a range of projects such as Fashion Shows, Photoshoots, Luxury Retreats, Model Workshops and Education Sessions for Mums.

Julia works as both a mobile Makeup Artist in Tauranga and also can provide Makeup Services from her home-studio based in Matua, Tauranga - just a 7 minute drive from Tauranga city, and a 15 minute drive to Mount Maunganui.
